Jakub Sarnecki
President and Founding Partner  
Jakub immigrated from Poland to Chicago to study biochemistry, but discovered his true passion was in solving computer-related problems - when he first came to Columbia, he started gaining experience by working for local computer stores. He opened and began operating JSComputek himself in 1997, and later in 2004, teamed up with Kashif Akhtar. To further enhance his extensive networking and IT expertise, Jakub began studying business and business operations to better help his clients with network growth. Jakub is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist(Certification 7290, 7291, 680).
 
   
Caleb Brown
General Manager  
Caleb has an Associate's degree in Computer Information Science, and has been managing JSComputek for nearly four years of his eleven in Columbia - he also serves in the role of Professional Network Manager, and directly manages JSC's Tech Team. He is an expert in utilizing all operating systems within a network and has extensive knowledge of networking infrastructures, including hardware and server administration of LAN technologies.Caleb is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (Certification 7290 and 680).
 
   
JSC Tech Team

The Tech Team is directly responsible for all computer repair, IT consulting, documentation, and software support agreements/site licenses. They nurture an extensive knowledge of most modern computer systems, and are continually educating themselves in new concepts and procedures, to be able to very quickly and promptly introduce these processes into our own workflow with client systems

Kyle Derks
Onsite Tech    

Kyle is a native of Lee's Summit, Missouri, and has lived in Columbia since 2011. Kyle has his Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Art Illustration from the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg. Kyle has been with the JSC Tech Team since 2011. Kyle offers remote assistance as well as onsite troubleshooting for JSC clients.

 
   
Kevin Mills
Onsite Tech    

Kevin is from San Jose, Costa Rica, and has lived in Columbia since 2009. Kevin is fluent in English and Spanish and has been with the JSC Tech Team since 2010. Kevin provides support for our clients in our office at the techbench as well as remote assistance. Kevin is working towards a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification.

 
   
JSC Administrative Team

The Admin Team takes charge of all office, tech team and client support, ensuring that the JSC office runs smoothly and efficiently, and making sure that all client needs are met in a timely manner.

Kara Parrish
Purchasing & Inventory Manager  

Originally from Mexico, Missouri, Kara has been in Columbia for approximately seven years, the last year of which she has been with the JSC Team. She takes charge of procurement of all JSC inventory, ordering, receiving and installation, as well as the preparation of quotes, proposals and billing for JSC clients with regard to equipment, hardware and system builds. She also works with the JSC Tech Team for daily network operations, new client installations, the Help Desk, and Field Support Team.

 
   
Aysha Schulte
Dispatch Manager  

Aysha is a Columbia native and has been with the JSC Team since late 2008 - She takes charge for all communications with clients in regard to estimates, service calls, on-going projects, and the scheduling of onsite technical jobs as well as all TechBench-related jobs. She also manages all payments from clients and helps clients resolve any invoicing issues that may arise.
